Do you already have a service agreement with an "on-call" option?
If so, all you have to do is ring our 24/7 emergency hotline to get immediate assistance.
Have you not signed a service agreement with an "on-call" option yet?
If you are already a Yokogawa customer and need help urgently, we will do our best to provide you with prompt and competent support. This service is available from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.. Please also see our notes on long weekends or local holidays.
This is what you have to do:
- Fill in the online "Service Request" form
Complete the online "Service Request" form on this page.
- Check your e-mail
We will reply to your e-mail address straight away with information on the service order procedure and a pdf document called "Service Request" containing the data submitted by you.
- Print out the pdf "Service Request", sign and return it.
Print out the "Service Request" document in pdf format and sign it.
Then mail the document back to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to the following number: +49 2102 4983 608.
Please note: In order to ensure a quick and smooth operation on site, it is extremely important that we are fully informed of special construction requirements. Please fill in the information "Special site-requirements" completely. Only then we can help you best.
